Who is Clouded Rasta?
Clouded Rasta is Australia’s Newest online bong shop founded in 2021. Our speciality is Morden cutting edge styles in all categories from Bongs & Dab Rigs to Accessories & Apparel at the lowest possible price.

Our brands are sourced from Australia and around the world using suppliers from only the highest quality manufacturer materials and supply chains.

Our Story
Clouded Rasta is a small family-owned business located on the Gold Coast, Australia.
In 2019 I was in a major car accident. After trying quite a few pain medicines, I was directed to try Medical Cannabis. From that day forward I was finally able to be pain free.

Having owned multiple brands in the past and after much contemplating we decided to launch our small Canna brand into the Australian Canna Market. We look forward to enjoying this journey with you all.

Our brand has been growing month after month due to our high quality of customer service, selection of Glass, the quality of our packing standards and our fast-shipping times.

It is our vision to bring online shopping to you with a personally behind it that you can interact with that is not a robot.

What Glass do we Stock?
All glassware’s stocked are either Pyrex Glass OR 100% borosilicate glass. Borosilicate glass bongs are stronger and more long-lasting than Pyrex glass bongs.

Email is the best way of contacting us; info@cloudedrasta.com.au If reporting any faults or damage from transit, please provide us with your order ID number and photos attached.
What payment options are available?
For the time being due to Strick laws and regulations, we can sadly only offer Bank Transfer.
Do you have free standard shipping?
Yes. If you spend over $149 with us, you will receive free standard shipping.
Do you do same-day shipping?
Who wants to wait? Absolutely, we do same day shipping. If you order before 2pm (AEST) Monday – Friday, we will pack and dispatch your order that same day. Please note, Standard delays such as weekends and public holidays can affect shipping times.
Can I track my order?
Yes. After we receive your payment and have shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include your shipping number and a link to track the delivery. If you have not received this email, please check the junk/spam folder.
Exchanges
We will be happy to exchange your product within 30 days of the purchase, for goods of the same value, provided products are returned to us in the original condition and able to resell. You may exchange for higher-priced items by paying the balance. However, we are unable to refund if you choose a cheaper one. The purchaser is responsible for all return and reshipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent. Returns
What is your returns policy?

Remember to not rush your selections, take your time and make sure the product is right for you. If you have any questions regarding an item. Please, do not hesitate to contact us at info@cloudedrasta.com If a product has arrived damaged or is faulty, please contact info@cloudedrasta.com.au to organise a replacement, exchange, or refund. Claims must be made within 7 days of purchase and be supported with photographic or video evidence.

We are not required to provide swaps for change of mind; However we are more then happy to provide a credit or a replacement for an item. All shipping costs will be covered by the purchaser. we WILL NOT accept used products of any nature.

Faulty or Damaged items
If a product has arrived damaged or is faulty, please contact info@cloudedrasta.com.au to organise a replacement, exchange or refund. Claims must be made within 7 days of purchase and be supported with photographic or video evidence.
How discreet are our packages?
All Clouded Rastas parcels are sent out in plain packaging for discreet delivery. However, they will also be covered in fragile tape to ensure a safe delivery of all items.
What personal information do we require?
A valid phone number, email address and postal address are required for us to send orders. We will only contact you if we need to, for instance if a courier is having trouble finding your address.
Do you have a blog?
At this stage we don’t have a blog writer.
Do you have a store I can go into?
As you have all noticed the retail sector is becoming harder and harder to survive in during these difficult times. This is why at this stage in our business we have chosen to remain in the ecommerce sector only.
